Clean and bright rooms on the lower floors; very central location within walking distance of a theater and a palace made our stay enjoyable.

We booked it on line because the price was reasonable, it was fairly central and the reviews appeared ok. My wife and I found it very good in all respects...clean, comfortable, conveniently located (we regarded the short walk to the tube station as well... Short), friendly staff serving a tasty but not heavy breakfast. We will check it out again when we revisit London in the future.

The quiet location here is great, with shopping centers and a market close by, and Hammersmith tube station just a 5-minute walk away.

The room was spacious with a comfortable single bed, a private bathroom, a nice shower, and all necessary amenities, we truly enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, within walking distance of public transport and a shopping center. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable double bed and a nice big shower in the ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and we were impressed with the attention to detail in the service.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great.

I had an enjoyable stay and definitely want to stay in that area again, thank you very much. The lounge area had nice meals. The hotel was centrally located to 3 Underground stations. Moreover, it was 2 km from a Kensington palace.

I found the Staff to be very nice and very helpful and the cost of staying was good value for money.

This place is in a great location and I would definitely recommend it to anyone; it's clean and the staff are excellent, plus the Hammersmith district is really great and has a lot to offer, not to mention the breakfast which was absolutely wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Checking-in was a little confusing and unprofessional. Room was clean, with the exception of the strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke - lots of cigarette butts on bathroom window-sill. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the springs sticking in you.
